Mandisa Shandu is the Founder and Director of Shandu M Attorneys. Her experience includes litigation, corporate and commercial law, insurance law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and legal risk management. She has worked in the legal fraternity in both South Africa and Australia, gaining experience within the insurance and Workers' Compensation sector.
Her professional experience includes managing complex claims involving personal injury, workplace injury claims, medico-legal matters, liability assessments, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. This experience contributes to her understanding of claims strategy, risk management and complex legal frameworks.
Through Shandu M Attorneys, she works with businesses, insurers, public sector institutions and private clients by providing legal advice, litigation support and professional legal services.
